Microsoft Power Toys
A powerful suite of tools for the Win 9x platform.

Instructions for powertoys.exe: Download the file, "Save to disk" & put it in it's own directory (an otherwise empty one), and double-click the powertoy.exe file. This will extract the individual files & you'll be ready to start installing.

Installation for powertoys.exe: Right click on each .inf file and choose "Install". You'll probably have to point back to the directory you made each time, using the "Browse" button.

Instructions for ie4power.exe : download and when asked, 'open or save to disk', choose open the file. Reboot your Browser and you can have access to many more options for the context menu (right click menu) in your browser.
